Our Suppliers
The quality and sourcing of ingredients have become important factors for people over the last 10-15 years. The boom in farmers’ markets and farm shops has shown that we are becoming more aware of what we eat. In light of this we have made it the company’s policy to source all possible ingredients from the Cotswolds, where we are based. We look to use the best local producers and suppliers which are listed for you to see, so you know where the food you are eating has come from.
